Delegate Fee Delegate Fee

Delegate fee includes Registration Fee, Room Tariff, Buffet Breakfast in the hotel, coach transfer from airport to hotel and back on specific fixed days . It also includes attendance at all Business Sessions and hosted events/functions listed in the programme. Fee is inclusive of GST.
    AIRPORT TRANSFERS
    Please note : Transport from Airport to Convention hotel shall be provided by ACAAI to the registered delegates on 4th & 5th December 2024 ARRIVAL and on 8th & 9th December 2024, DEPARTURE details only for convenient flights. No individual transfers will be arranged.

Delegates arriving prior to 3rd December 2024 OR staying after 9th December 2024 at the Convention hotel, depending on the availability of the room, will have to pre inform and mention the same well in advance due to peak season. The additional changes per room night for Single Room /Double Room / Twin Sharing occupancy would be:
  • • Extra night room rate for ACAAI delegates will be offered for 3 nights pre and post-Convention which would be Rs.13,500/- + 18% (GST-2430) = Rs.15,930/- per night per room with breakfast. Pre Convention nights (1-3 Dec) and Post Convention nights (9-11 Dec) should be confirmed latest by 30th September 2024 at ACAAI HO. After 30th September 2024 the same may not be entertained.

ACAAI reserves the right to deny any registration.
All registrations are subject to confirmation & acceptance from ACAAI HO.
Registrations will be confirmed only after receipt of delegate fee.
Cancellations done on or before 10th October 2024 shall be subject to a deduction of 25% of the delegate fee, and cancellations from 11th October to 31st October 2024 shall be subject to a deduction of 50% of the delegate fee. No refund on cancellation done after 31st October 2024. Cancellation of Hotel room booking is subject to heavy penalties on ACAAI.
